Kicking off year 14 as a personal trainer in Eagan.

2020 was rough on everyone without a doubt. I officially had over 100 sessions outdoors, which was awesome, and also brutally cold as my coldest session was about 10°. It was cold enough to where I finished that session and walked across Holland Lake over by Lebanon Hills in Eagan. The clearest thing I noticed was the true hustlers shined the most, as they were willing to adapt and improvise to get their mission accomplished.

Once the first lockdown hit, I honestly thought Personal Training would not be a priority for people. However, I couldn’t have been more wrong. I had all sorts of people that had hit their limit of sitting on their ass that came out of the woodwork asking for help.It was awesome. Personal Training will always be a passion of mine, because I truly like helping people and seeing the progress of their journey. I am honestly blown away that so many people were willing to work out in certain conditions outside just to get the sensation of feeling better and making some progress in a time where so many things are uncertain. Forever grateful for every single person that has ever showed up to work out, and I really hope in the future we can continue making progress and get that nightmare of a year behind us.
