That player that is bigger, faster, and stronger than the rest. The speed, size and physical presence can be monumental in a game. The quick lateral movement. The ability to change direction quicker than your opponent.

With an unprecedented level of technology distracting the youth of today, kids have become less fit than ever before. This sets them up for increased risk of injury, lack of self esteem, less athleticism, even bullying.

It’s possible to improve all of these qualities that are absolutely imperative when trying to improve at a sport. Through a range of tests and drills we can dial in exactly what the athlete needs to work on the most. From there we design a comprehensive program with an emphasis on the skills that apply to the sport and the athletes goals.
